Why are we hiring for this position?
To manage the team and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas for a performance marketing company. Must have analytical and organisational skills to best support the management.

What does an ideal candidate look like?

- A graduate with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the accounting field, or completion of CA IPCC.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally and Zoho, with expertise in recording GST invoices (both purchases and sales) and TDS-related expenses.
- Previous experience working within a Chartered Accountant firm is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of financial functions and adherence to industry best practices.
- Strong command of MS Office applications,



knowledge of GST regulations and Income Tax compliance

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Finalisation of accounts and books of records using Tally/Zoho software.
- Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
- Generation and management of invoices.
- Complete GST return filing process, including data collection, preparation of GSTR 1, reconciliation of GSTR 2A & 2B, and filing of GSTR 3B.
- Basic understanding of annual GST filings, including GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C.
- Providing support for tax audits and statutory audits.
- Management of TDS filings and corrections, including the full process of deduction, deposit, and preparation of TDS returns.
- Handling and resolving client queries on a daily basis.
- Coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Overseeing payroll processing.
