Job Title:

Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

An IT Sales Business Development Manager drives revenue by identifying current clients, pitching enterprise solutions, and closing deals. They manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation—and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized technology proposals

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target prospective B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Pitching & Demos: Deliver technical presentations and product/solution demos to executive decision-makers.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, forecasts,



and client interactions using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth project onboarding

- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, software development lifecycles, or cybersecurity.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently hitting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
