Job Summary:

Catalogue Executives are responsible for managing the day-to-day product uploads on the e-commerce platform. They ensure accurate, complete, and timely listings that reflect Bhima's brand standards. This role is critical in supporting seamless product discovery for customers online. The position requires careful attention to detail in handling product data, categories, and attributes. Catalogue Executives collaborate with content, image, and photography teams to maintain consistency. They must also ensure compliance with SEO and visibility guidelines for each product listing. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with robust cataloguing skills and an ability to manage large data sets. Candidates should have a structured approach to handling multiple uploads. A passion for e-commerce operations and learning new digital tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Upload and update product information in CMS/PIM.
- Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and stock.
- Categorize products appropriately across platforms.




- Check product visibility and listing quality online.
- Coordinate with catalogue lead for bulk uploads.
- Tag and attribute products for search optimization.
- Maintain product metadata and filters.
- Identify and resolve upload errors.
- Track upload SLAs and report daily progress.
- Collaborate with content, image, and photography teams.

Core Mandatory Skills:
- CMS/PIM systems (Magento/Shopify/Custom).
- Excel/Google Sheets expertise.
- Product taxonomy and categorization knowledge.
- Basic SQL for data checks.
- Knowledge of ERP sync processes.
- Hands-on with bulk upload templates.
- Metadata tagging.
- Catalog QA methods.
- Basic image formats and specs.
- Familiarity with SEO keywords for product titles.
