Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the custom clearance and freight forwarding market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
