Veterinary Country Manager

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Veterinary Country Manager to lead our operations and drive growth within a specific country. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the veterinary market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute country-specific business strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Manage and lead the local sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, distributors, and industry associations.
- Oversee all aspects of country operations, including P&L; management, regulatory compliance, and supply chain.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive innovation and expansion.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making.




- Ensure the effective implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Report on country performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the veterinary industry, with a significant portion in sales, marketing, or management roles.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving business results.
- Strong understanding of the local veterinary market, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within the country and occasionally internationally.
- Proficiency in relevant business software and CRM systems.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
