This is Replacment Position Replacment Name: Suhas Budgeted CTC: 600000 - 800000 Key Responsibilities: Manage complete project lifecycle from project handover to final delivery and execution Plan, schedule, and monitor commercial modular interior projects Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work Ensure smooth execution of modular furniture and interior installation works Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Manage site activities, manpower planning, and resource allocation Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material availability Conduct regular site visits and ensure work progress as per schedule Identify project risks and implement corrective actions Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed at site Track project costs, variations, and additional works Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly Handle client meetings, feedback,
and issue resolution Ensure timely project handover and closure Required Skills: Strong project management and site execution skills Good understanding of commercial interior projects Knowledge of modular furniture installation and execution Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and specifications Solid coordination and communication skills Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of MS Project / AutoCAD / MS Excel preferred Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification Preferred Industry Experience: Commercial Interior Fit-out Modular Furniture Corporate Office Interiors Workplace Solutions Furniture Manufacturing Industry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project completion within timeline Project cost control Quality of execution Client satisfaction Site productivity and resource utilization Timely project closure and handover
