About Kefilo

Kefilo is building a NutritionTech and transformation brand focused on science-backed nutrition, preventive wellness, AI, food innovation, and intelligent food manufacturing.

We are not building just another healthy food delivery company. We want to build a brand around human transformation, nutrition, lifestyle change, and long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build Kefilo's content and storytelling strategy from scratch.

- Develop compelling stories around nutrition, transformation, customer journeys, food innovation, wellness, and the Kefilo vision.

- Create and manage short-form videos, reels, founder-led content, podcasts, interviews, carousels, blogs, and other content formats.

- Develop solid hooks, scripts, narratives, and content series designed for organic reach and brand building.

- Work closely with the founder, nutritionists, healthcare professionals, customers, creators, and marketing team to create authentic content.

- Turn customer transformation stories and real experiences into powerful brand stories.

- Build Kefilo's founder-led content and thought leadership across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Identify trending topics, cultural conversations, and content opportunities relevant to nutrition and wellness.

- Build a repeatable content creation and distribution system using AI and automation wherever possible.

- Track content performance and continuously improve storytelling, formats, hooks, and distribution.

Who Should Apply?

- 2–6+ years of experience in content creation, storytelling, brand building, media, social media, journalism, advertising, or marketing.

- Robust understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.

- Excellent writing, scripting, communication, and storytelling skills.

- Experience creating content for an early-stage brand is highly preferred.





- Comfortable working directly with founders and appearing on camera when required.

Immediate Priorities — First 90 Days

- Define Kefilo's content pillars and storytelling framework.

- Build a consistent short-form content engine.

- Develop founder-led content and expert-led content series.

- Create compelling customer transformation stories.

- Build Kefilo's presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Establish a scalable content creation and distribution system.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, creativity, execution ability, and long-term alignment.

- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate actual contribution and ownership.

- Long-term founding team agreement.

- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.

- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

We are looking for someone who can turn a business into a story people care about.

Someone who understands that Kefilo needs more than regular nutrition posts — it needs a strong narrative around transformation, identity, health, food, and the future of nutrition.

Bonus if you have experience with D2C, NutritionTech, HealthTech, FoodTech, fitness, wellness, consumer brands, or founder-led startups.
