nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should be good with numbers, organized, and able to manage day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
nSpecific Skills Required

- Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com preferred)n
- Strong passion for accounting and willingness to grow in the finance domainn
- Proven experience in an accounting rolen
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Wordn
- Familiarity with Google Sheets & Google Docsn
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Efficiency in handling compliance-related mattersn
- Ability to manage workflow within due dates and timelinesn
- Flexibility to adapt as per company requirementsn
- Highly responsible, accountable, and detail-orientedn

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting workflown
- Maintain bookkeeping records and registers accuratelyn




- Prepare and validate invoices (Debtors/Creditors)n
- Perform ledger reconciliation on a regular basisn
- Handle petty cash transactions and documentationn
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)n
- Ensure timely execution of the payment processn
- Exposure in the computation and filing of TDS, GST, PF/PT, Payroll, Form 16 & Form 16A, and 26AS reconciliation will be an added advantagen
- Manage employee reimbursements and related documentationn
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholdersn
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required by managementn
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned based on company requirementsn
