- 2–5 years' experience in Business Development within advertising, marketing communications, or digital marketingn
- Proven track record in acquiring recent clientsn
- Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skillsn
- Strong networking and prospecting abilitiesn
- Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindin
- Comfort using AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and researchn

n Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives
nThis role reports directly to [leadership/founder] with a clear path to a senior BD or leadership position as you build out the client base.
