nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive merchant acquisition and payment solutions (EDC, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI, and Merchant Loans) across an assigned territory. You'll lead a team of Field Sales Executives — this is a hands-on, field-first leadership role, not a desk job.

nWhat You'll Do
n• Hire, train, and lead a team of Field Sales Executives
n• Drive merchant acquisition across EDC, Soundbox, PG, EMI & Loans, Merchant Acquestition,



Merchant Relationship
n• Build strong merchant relationships and reduce churn
n• Own monthly targets and track team performance
n• Spend most of your time in the field (75%), working closely with merchants and your team
nWhat We're Looking For
n• 1-3+ years in field sales (Fintech/EDC/POS/FMCD/Insurance preferred)
n• Prior team handling experience in Phonpe, Gpay, Bharatpe, Mobikwik, ( Pet Pooja, Swiggy, Zomato Restaurant onboarding team )is a plus
n• Robust track record of hitting targets
n• Comfortable with daily fieldwork and high mobility
n• Good communication skills
n• Graduate or Post-graduate
