Role Overview:As a L2 Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in global systems support, particularly in the Market / Credit Risk domain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include monitoring overnight risk batch processes, responding to support incidents, managing incident tickets through ITSM tools, and providing end-user service requests support.
