As an Assistant Manager Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. Your responsibilities will include:- Planning and executing financial, operational, and compliance reviews- Assessing risk and control effectiveness across various processes- Conducting process walkthroughs and designing internal controls- Leading IFC testing, control validations, and audit reporting- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external IA partners- Supporting the implementation of tools to enhance the control environment- Being prepared to travel up to 20-30% to Tier-1 & Tier-2 citiesQualifications required for this role include being CA qualified, having a strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and internal controls, and prior experience in internal audit/GRC functions (statutory audit experience not necessary). Additionally, you should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and having working knowledge of SAP or other ERPs would be a plus.
