As the Global Head of Technology Controls at Apex Group, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the global technology control framework. Your role will involve ensuring that key technology and cyber controls are consistently designed, implemented, and operating effectively across all regions, legal entities, and technology platforms. Working closely with various departments, you will provide assurance that Apexs technology control environment meets regulatory expectations, supports operational resilience, and enables secure business growth.**Key Responsibilities:**- Define and maintain Apexs global technology control framework aligned with the risk appetite, cyber strategy, and regulatory obligations.- Establish clear control standards, policies, and minimum requirements covering various technology domains.- Oversee the design and implementation of preventive and detective technology controls.- Lead global technology control testing and assurance activities to ensure control effectiveness.- Support regulatory examinations, client due diligence, and external audits related to technology and cyber controls.- Ensure technology control requirements are embedded into third-party, outsourcing, and cloud arrangements.**Qualifications:**- Minimum of 10 years of extensive cybersecurity experience with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.- Excellent communication skills to convey cybersecurity concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.- Solid understanding of enterprise technology environments, IT risk,



and cyber controls.- Track record of managing high-performing cybersecurity organizations and teams.- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience.- Preferred certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.In addition to the above, you will work closely with the Group CISO, technology, risk, compliance, cyber, IT service areas, and audit functions to ensure the technology control environment meets compliance requirements and industry standards. You will also engage with key stakeholders, partners, and internal/external entities to drive accountability for control ownership and present control posture to executive and board-level forums.
