Role Overview:As an Accounting Specialist at Concept Medical, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our financial processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the smooth operation of our accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to analyze and provide insights into business performance.- Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to submit various SAP reports and entries.- Assist in the preparation of tender filings to ensure adherence to procurement requirements.- Monitor debtors reports to track outstanding balances and support collections efforts.- Liaise with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries.- Utilize your expertise in accounting systems or ERP to maintain exact financial records.- Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and principles of bookkeeping.- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to guarantee accuracy and completeness.- Process invoices and collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to address any discrepancies or issues promptly.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts.- Hands-on experience with SAP software.- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
