Role Overview:As a Project Manager at the company, your main responsibility will be to manage contracts related to building projects. You will study the legalities of contracts and assist in negotiating terms and conditions with clients and third parties. Your role will also involve preparing tenders and commercial bids to attract new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and presenting project proposals, managing construction schedules and budgets, and ensuring that construction projects meet technical standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, site and project managers, and oversee invoicing at the completion of projects.Key Responsibilities:- Study the legalities of contracts and assist in negotiating terms and conditions- Prepare tenders for clients and commercial bids to attract recent business- Develop and present project proposals- Manage construction schedules and budgets- Act as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers- Ensure construction projects meet agreed technical standards- Liaise with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and client representatives- Oversee invoicing at the end of a projectQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field- Completion of at least 1-2 Projects of Solar Glass manufacturing/ Institutional/ Pharma/ power/chemical/ industrial end to end- Proven experience in understanding various contract types, terms, and conditions in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to construction contracts- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential contractual risks- Familiarity with relevant construction contracts, regulations,
