As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing daily production operations to achieve shift-wise and daily targets. Your key responsibilities will include:- Allocating work to operators and ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machines.- Monitoring production output, efficiency, material usage, and wastage levels.- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor.- Maintaining proper records of production data, shift reports, and downtime logs.- Coordinating with Maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.- Ensuring product quality by following process parameters and working closely with the QA/QC team.To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Good understanding of production planning and process flow.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for production reporting and data management.- Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing principles (preferred).- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ideally, you should have a qualification of Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred) and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.
