You will be responsible for the following key tasks as a Hardware Design Engineer / Manager:- Gather hardware requirements and define hardware architecture including power budget and power/clock tree- Design high-speed boards and embedded hardware circuits (analog, digital, mixed-signal) using 16/32/64-bit processors and microcontrollers (ARM, Cortex-Mx, TI, ST, Atmel, Microchip, etc.)- Create schematics and high-speed PCB designs- Design and validate hardware for processors, DDR, USB 3, HDMI, WiFi, Ethernet- Perform board bring-up, testing, and system-level problem debugging- Mentor and guide junior engineers and handle multiple projects simultaneously- Communicate effectively with clients and cross-platform teams to ensure delivery and project successThe qualifications required for this role are as follows:- Hands-on experience in embedded hardware circuit design (analog, digital, mixed-signal)- Experience with high-speed board design and schematics- Strong understanding of processors, DDR, USB 3, HDMI, WiFi, and Ethernet hardware design- Experience in board bring-up, testing, and system-level debugging- Ability to define hardware architecture and power/clock budgeting- Strong client communication and cross-functional team management skills- Mentoring and project management experienceIf you are considered for this position, it is preferred that you also have the following skills:- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously- Knowledge of embedded systems integration- Familiarity with tools for PCB design, simulation,
