As a Sr. Finance Analyst at BMC Helix, you will play a crucial role in supporting Business Leaders as a Finance Business Partner to drive top-line growth. Your responsibilities will include:- Serving as the trusted finance advisor to the Renewals business group- Analyzing renewals rates by product families and BUs- Conducting deep dive analysis into customer level/deal level impacts on renewal rates- Providing quarterly renewal rates reporting along with executive narratives to explain renewal rates impact on financial results- Developing and maintaining integrated financial reporting metrics including ownership for quarterly forecasts and Yearly Renewals Plan- Compiling and analyzing financial information and trends- Communicating results and recommendations to management and the business- Developing and maintaining processes and reports to track key renewal metrics- Supporting complex data management, analysis, and interpretation- Contributing to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the function and the business- Helping business clients understand the financial impact of their business decisions with accompanying analytics- Serving as a subject matter expert for renewals data and reporting for cross-functional business partners- Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and data mining efforts whenever required- Recommending and implementing process improvements using technical solutions- Cross-training team membersTo excel in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:- Bachelors degree required, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred, with at least 7 years experience in a Business Finance (FP&A;)

The salary for this role is competitive and transparent, with the midpoint set at 2,117,800 INR. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.
