Role Overview:In this role, you will lead the processes to maintain and enhance the efficiency of equipment, production lines, and facilities. Your responsibilities include overseeing routine and exceptional maintenance tasks, managing technical documentation, and contributing to the Motion business in Faridabad, India.Key Responsibilities:- Define maintenance plans for new production lines and facilities, and provide insights on enhancing reliability, maintainability, and safety.- Resolve significant technical issues to improve production line performance.- Recommend process and production line improvement projects to reduce maintenance requirements and enhance efficiency.- Address emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions promptly to minimize disruptions in production.Qualifications Required:- 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar field.- Full-time Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Proficiency in machine maintenance at the shop floor, with experience in TPM activities.- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) concepts, application, reporting, and risks.- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment within their scope of responsibility.
