As a Network Admin with 4 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining various network systems and technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:- Cisco CUCM experience is essential, while experience with Cisco UC Collaboration (Jabber, Expressway) and Cisco UCCE is desirable- Experience with non-Cisco phone systems, ISDN, and SIP-based systems- Proficiency in handling M&As; and coordinating Voice integration/migration projects- Familiarity with concepts like call recording, diallers, PCI integration, wallboards, etc.- Strong networking and IP telephony skills in a complex environment- Root cause analysis and low-level troubleshooting skills, including packet capture- Ability to diagnose issues across different platforms using industry tools- Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Routers, and Voice (CUCM)- Collaborating with other technical teams and technology experts- Explicit communication of technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences- Adherence to existing processes and procedures while identifying and suggesting improvements- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies as required- Sharing technical knowledge and providing training to other IT staff- Eligibility to work in the UK and occasional travel between locations with some overnight stays may be requiredPlease note: The interview mode is a Weekend walking drive (Face to Face) scheduled for 16-Mar-26 (Saturday).
