As an experienced IT professional, your role will involve managing various aspects of contract, supplier, financial, IT, knowledge, and continuity management. You will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, monitoring supplier performance, maintaining financial records, managing IT infrastructure components, maintaining a knowledge management database, and contributing to continuity management planning.Key responsibilities include:- Collecting and monitoring contract performance data, identifying under-performance, and developing improvement opportunities- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, managing risk and reward mechanisms, and monitoring progress against business objectives- Collecting supplier performance data, investigating problems, and engaging collaboratively with suppliers to resolve issues- Monitoring and maintaining financial records for compliance and assisting in financial planning and budgeting- Taking responsibility for the design, operation, maintenance, and effective use of IT infrastructure components- Maintaining a knowledge management database and contributing to the development of a continuity management planYou are expected to have the following qualifications and experience:Education:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Management- Masters Degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology Management preferredLicenses/ Certifications:- Maestro Author Level 3 or Maestro Administrator Level 1 or Level 2 Certifications: Highly Preferred- ITIL Qualifications: MandatoryExperience:- Approximately 15 years in IT- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery (Support) manager- Previous experience with an AMS provider support model is mandatory- Familiarity with supply chain planning processes,



data models, workbook designs, and Kinaxis- Experience in information systems, applications, project management, preferably in the life science industry- Management experience of multiple full implementation cycles of AMS in a global environment- Deep knowledge of Kinaxis Administration, Integration, Data mappings, and data flowsCompetencies:- Strong functional and technical expertise in Kinaxis and its integration with enterprise ERP platforms- Experience in delivering largescale planning and supply chain transformation initiatives- Demonstrated experience managing global AMS and system integrator partners- Proven ownership of service budgets and financial governance- Robust leadership and collaboration skills across crossfunctional teams- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving capabilitiesYour leadership presence, collaborative mindset, and stakeholder relationship-building skills will be crucial in driving the S&N; culture within the organization.
