As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for coordinating drive test (DT) teams and assigning routes based on tester location and project priorities. Your strong communication skills will be essential for continuous coordination with DT teams and local RF engineering teams. You will need hands-on experience with TEMS Cloud, TEMS Paragon, and Actix for drive test execution, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, a working knowledge of XCAL/XCAP, Google Earth, and TAB file creation for route planning is required. Your solid understanding of telecom networks, along with previous experience in drive testing or DT coordination, will be valuable in this role. You will be expected to track tester performance metrics such as miles driven, ATP site pass/fail status, and throughput testing. Providing guidance to improve results will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary for this position.In addition to technical responsibilities, you will also be managing logistics such as hotel bookings, vehicle readiness, and drive test tool availability. Timely escalation of any issues that arise will be crucial. The role may require you to work extended hours and weekends, with a typical workweek of 6 days in a fast-paced setting.Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with MapInfo or other mapping tools, prior experience working closely with RF optimization teams, exposure to large-scale, multi-market drive testing programs, and experience supporting large cluster drive activities.This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your coordination and technical skills will be put to the test.
