As a Consultant at KDNI, you will be responsible for various project management activities related to Global Compliance Management Engagements for clients. Your role will involve mentoring teams, enhancing technical and functional skills, and ensuring the successful execution of project management tasks. Key responsibilities include:- Assisting in building teams and enhancing technical & functional skills- Designing, mobilizing, and executing project management activities such as compliance tracking, governance, financial management, reporting, risk & issue management, and scope management- Managing program communication, project meetings, and outreach to engagement teams- Supporting the creation, validation, and analysis of financial dashboards- Handling billing, invoicing, issue management, and reconciliation with purchase orders- Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts- Managing document and tool managementPreferred skills for this role include being achievement-oriented, a creative thinker, and an effective communicator with excellent presentation and organization skills. You should be self-motivated, have the ability to quickly learn new concepts, and excel in proactive problem-solving.Qualifications required for this position:- 5 to 7 years of overall work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm- Experience in multi-geography engagements- Experience in managing Global Compliance or Domestic Compliance Management Engagements- Understanding of Tax Return Preparation Lifecycle- Experience in client billing & invoicing- Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA from a reputed instituteHaving a PMP Certification will be considered an added advantage.
