nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Project Planning & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of technical projects -from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.n
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and progress across all workstreams.n
- Stakeholder Communication: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders.n
- Tool Utilization: Use project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and AI-powered tools to streamline execution and reporting.n
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.n
- Agile Delivery: Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Secure) to manage ceremonies - without being confined to a Scrum Master role.n
- Presentation & Reporting:
Create presentations and dashboards to communicate status, progress, and outcomes to leadership in the form of PSn
nRequired Skills & Qualification

- n
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management.n
- Experience in in execution of Enterprise level Salesforce projects is requiredn
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex projectsn
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and presentation platformsn
- Familiarity with Salesforce eco systemn
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesn
- Must have solid experience of working in Scaled Agile Methodology.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlinesn
- Certified candidates are preferred (e.g., SAFe, CSM or other Agile Certifications)n
- Must be ready to work from office for atleast 3 days a week from Bangalore office.n
