Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
nThe Regional Business Head is responsible for driving on-ground execution of business strategies and supporting the growth of the Rural Micro Enterprises portfolio within the assigned territory. The role involves managing field operations, enhancing productivity across branches and sub-BC outlets, and ensuring effective delivery of products such as Unsecured Loans, MSME Loans, and Micro LAP, while maintaining portfolio quality.
