nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly driven Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founders and build TattleTales from 0 → 1.
nThis is a highly hands-on role spanning product, hardware, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing and partnerships.
nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Drive mould, plush and hardware manufacturing- vendor discovery, quotations, sampling and productionn
- Take our existing hardware prototype to a sellable semi-functional product, including assembly, QC, packaging and fulfilmentn
- Coordinate with PCB, electronics and component suppliersn




- Drive B2B sales and partnerships through cold calling, email outreach and meetings;n
- Meet playschools and education partners to explore AI-powered, screen-light learningn
- Manage online orders, packing, inventory and dispatchn
- Build TattleTales's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube using AI-powered content creationn
- Manage and improve the website using Lovablen
- Research Indian and global toy/AI trends and identify new product opportunitiesn
- Coordinate across founders, designers, hardware interns and external vendorsn
- Identify and apply for startup grants, incubators and government programsn
