nThe Operations team is a high-impact vertical within Kamakhya Analytics. As the engine of every project, the Ops team orchestrates collaboration between strategy, research, analytics, and field agents to ensure seamless execution. By maintaining rigorous quality control and end-to-end ownership, they transform complex plans into actionable results.

- Oversee primary data collection processes, including CAPI/IDI/FGD surveys, field recruitment, and vendor management.n
- Coordinate with the field teams for flawless on-ground executionn
- Translate complex research designs into robust field-work plans and logistics frameworks.n
