nJob Description
nKey Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee accounting operations for all group companies.n
- Lead the finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors.n
- Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, MSME, and other statutory requirements.n




- Monitor internal controls, risk management, financial policies, expense management, and supervise treasury activities and budget/ MIS activities.n
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.n
- Mentor and guide the finance and accounts teamn

nEducation & experience requirements-

- n
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, Financial Services, AMC, or PMS / AIF setupsn
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).n
