Job DescriptionSeven P's Consultancy is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing residential real estate advisory business in Mumbai.
nLocation: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)
nExperience: 2–5 years
nSalary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 + attractive performance incentives
What you'll be doing:n• Handle residential current-project enquiries
n• Qualify leads and drive site visits
n• Follow up and convert prospects into EOIs/bookings
n• Build relationships with brokers/channel partners
n• Generate business through personal network and referrals
n• Handle negotiations and coordinate the complete sales process
n• Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and follow-up discipline
Who we're looking for:nSomeone who has actually sold residential projects and understands the complete journey from lead → site visit → negotiation → booking.
nWe are especially interested in candidates with:
nPrimary/new-launch sales experience
nStrong Mumbai market knowledge
nGood broker/channel partner network
nProven closing track record
nStrong communication and follow-up skills
nThis is not a pure telecalling role. We are looking for someone who wants to build and close business.
