n• Handle inbound customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.
n• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
n• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
n• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
n• Update customer interactions and details in the system.
n• Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
n• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
nRequired Experience & Skills:
n• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
n• Excellent English communication skills required.
n• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
nAdditional Information:
n• Immediate joiners preferred.
n• Cab/Transport facility or allowances as per company policy.
