nAbout the role
nWe're looking for a sharp, driven generalist to join the Founder's Office and work directly alongside the founder. You'll be working closely with a team that has studied at IIT Bombay, ETH Zurich, and IIM Indore, and has built multiple international businesses. It's a high-ownership, high-exposure role for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a business is actually run across operations, marketing, content, research, and whatever the week demands. You won't be boxed into one function. You'll be handed real problems, given context, and trusted to run.
nThis is the right role for you if you learn quick, take initiative without being chased, and want to build range early in your career rather than specialize too soon while learning directly from people who've done it before.
nWhat you'll do
nWork side by side with the founder on day-to-day priorities across the business
nTake ownership of tasks end to end from research and planning to execution and follow-up




nJump between functions as needed: operations, marketing, content, coordination, admin
nTurn ambiguous asks into finished work with minimal hand-holding
nKeep things moving and close each day knowing what got done and what's blocked
nNon-negotiables
nIn-person, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday, Sunday off), from our Faridabad office. This is a fully on-site role remote and hybrid are not options. Please only apply if you're able to be at the office in person, six days a week.
nPreferred (not mandatory)
nBased in Faridabad or nearby local candidates will be given preference given the on-site nature of the role
nHands-on experience with tools like Canva and Lovable
nSkills or interest in content and marketing
nCompensation, probation & Working Hours:
