Job Description Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts
n Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWAI
n Experience: 6-8 Years (Post Qualification)

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.n
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.n
- Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and project accounting for construction and real estate projects.n
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.n
- Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.n
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.n




- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.n
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.n
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.n
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall financial health of projects and business units.n
- Support business leadership with feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project finance assessments.n
- Lead and mentor finance team members while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.n

- Robust exposure to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.n
