nWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive – Sales &Marketing; to join our dynamic team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business growth, particularly within Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Service-based industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key verticals.

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across target sectors.n
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.n
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.n
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.n




- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients.n
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities.n
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and sales dashboards.n
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.n
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.n

- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development / B2B & B2C sales, preferably in Manufacturing/ FMCG / Service Industryn
