nWe're looking for an experienced GRC / Compliance Lead to own and drive our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program across our AI-driven ITOM, Observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead end-to-end compliance initiatives for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and preferably ISO 27701.
nOwn audit execution, evidence collection, remediation tracking, certification renewals, and maintain year-round audit readiness.
nManage enterprise customer security questionnaires, vendor security assessments, and RFP security responses.
nPartner with Engineering, DevOps, IT, HR, Legal, and Product teams to implement and operationalize security controls.
nDrive ISMS governance, risk registers, policy lifecycle,



compliance dashboards, vulnerability management, access reviews, and secure SDLC practices.
nWhat We're Looking For
n6–12 years of hands-on experience in GRC, Information Security, or Compliance within a B2B SaaS / Software Product company.
nStrong knowledge of AWS/Cloud Security, IAM, Secure SDLC, Risk Management, and Information Security frameworks.
nProven experience independently owning compliance programs and successfully driving audit findings to closure.
nStrong execution, ownership, stakeholder management, and process improvement mindset.
nPreferred Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK.
