nIdeal Experience: Graduate from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 engineering college. Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a business role/ strategy role/ chief of staff role/ founder's office in a fast-paced startup.
nRoles and Responsibilities:
n• Work closely with the CEO & HODs to develop and refine the company's product & automation priorities, and with cross-functional teams to create action plans.
n• Lead the business & product transformation projects.
n• Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks,



and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.
n• Develop strategic frameworks and models to support decision-making processes
