- Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferencesn
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skillsn
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clientsn
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principlesn
- Excellent portfolio of previous worksn
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.n

- Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecturen
- Experience in handling clients and handling projects independentlyn
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-upn
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.n
