Job Description:
Founding Product Manager (Hyderabad/ Bangalore, India)Were building a next-generation payroll platform from the ground up not patching legacy systems, but rethinking how payroll, compliance, and money movement should work in an AI-first world. What youll do
- Own product areas end-to-end from idea → spec → launch → iteration
- Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to ship features fast
- Translate messy real-world payroll/fintech problems into clear product decisions
- Talk to customers (founders, HRs, accountants) and turn insights into execution
- Define product requirements, workflows, and edge cases (yes, payroll has a lot)
- Drive weekly releases — speed matters more than perfection
What we’re looking for
- 0–8 years of experience in product management
- Previously worked in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B preferred)
- Experience in payroll, fintech, or related domains is a strong plus
- Solid execution mindset — you get things done, not just plan them
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and figuring things out without hand-holding
- Solid product thinking + attention to detail (especially around edge cases)
- Good communication skills — you can work across engineering, design, and business
- Looking specifically from IIT's or IIM's or good B Schools or top tier universities.
- Working experience in well reknown startup's
Background
- Based in Hyderabad/Bangalore, India
- Strong experience in US payroll/Fintech/Saas space.
- Needs to work between 12 Noon to 9 PM.
