Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory checks and validation of equipment.
- Handle on-call service requests and perform troubleshooting.
- Carry out visual inspections and testing of AV equipment.
- Configure systems as required.
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Perform software and firmware upgrades in line with OEM notifications and guidance.
- Execute post-maintenance testing to ensure functionality.
- Provide backend support activities.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for site visits, services, and hardware repairs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work on national holidays and Sundays, based on operational needs at NMACC.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Skilled appearance, presentable, and well-groomed.
