The Role:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
