About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser with a solid background in fashion apparel. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of merchandising and planning expertise, with proven ability to manage planning and execution cycles while engaging directly with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Merchandising Planning: Develop and execute assortment, line, and range planning strategies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee allocation, replenishment, and stock optimization across categories.
- Execution & Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with retail partners, ensuring smooth execution of merchandising plans.
- Sales & Performance Analysis: Track KPIs including basket size, ATV, UPT, shrinkage, and category performance.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination:



Manage supplier relationships, resolve order delays, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement planograms and seasonal floor displays to maximize customer engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with planning, store operations, and marketing teams to deliver business objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in fashion apparel.
- Strong background in planning and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Proven client-facing experience with leading retail chains.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and merchandising tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
