1. Strategic Client / Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client or internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on upstream operational and strategic matters.
- Understand business challenges and propose practical, value-driven solutions.

2. Initiative & Program Leadership
- Lead upstream transformation programs across exploration, drilling, production, and asset management.
- Manage cross-functional and multi-location teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget adherence.

3. Industry & Market Analysis
- Analyze upstream market trends, regulatory impacts, and technological advancements.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Benchmark operational performance against industry standards.

4. Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement frameworks.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising safety or production targets.
- Enhance asset utilization and production efficiency.

- Promote adoption of digital tools such as data analytics, AI, IoT, and automation in upstream operations.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement industry-specific solutions (e.g., reservoir modeling, well optimization tools).

- Mentor junior consultants/engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and capability development plans.

7. Communication & Reporting
- Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and business cases.
