We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Demand Planning COE Lead to drive global demand planning excellence within a leading manufacturing organization.
If you have a strong background in supply chain planning, forecasting, and digital transformation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global Demand Planning COE strategy
- Lead design & optimization of demand planning processes, tools, and systems
- Drive forecast accuracy through demand sensing & predictive analytics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams
- Lead IBP integration & digital transformation initiatives
- Act as SME for advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Manage cross-functional projects & stakeholder alignment
- Mentor and guide regional demand planning teams
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain (Manufacturing setup)
- Strong expertise in forecasting techniques & statistical modeling
- Hands-on experience with planning tools (SAP IBP / o9 / Blue Yonder / Kinaxis)
- Proven ability to drive transformation in a global, matrixed environment
- Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
- MBA / Master’s degree preferred
