Job Description – Collection Executive
Location: Morwadi, Pimpri, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Salary as per experience and last drawn CTC

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment schedules.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of pending payments.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Update collection status and remarks in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria




- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage customer objections effectively.
- Experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.
