About the Role:
The Enterprise Analytics team focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Client Experience, and Operations to provide insights, build reporting solutions, and support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support analytics needs across multiple business functions
- Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions
- Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders
- Partner with data scientists and business teams for insights and decision-making
- Provide data-driven recommendations for business growth

Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics
- Robust SQL or Python skills (Advanced Excel also considered)
- Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Preferred:
- Background in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Math, Statistics, Economics)
- Experience with GitHub and version control
