Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fractional CTO / Technical Advisor to provide strategic technology leadership across our Web3 ecosystem. This role will support multiple initiatives, including a Web3 gaming platform, decentralized exchange (DEX), and a blockchain-based real estate platform focused on tokenized assets. The ideal candidate will work closely with founders, product teams, and engineers to guide technical strategy, architecture decisions, security practices, and product scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall technical vision, architecture, and roadmap across multiple Web3 products.




- Advise leadership on technology decisions, product strategy, infrastructure planning, and scalability.
- Review and validate system architecture, smart contract designs, and blockchain integrations.
- Provide guidance on DEX development, liquidity mechanisms, tokenomics, staking, and DeFi protocols.
- Support the design and implementation of Web3 gaming ecosystems, NFT integrations, and on-chain economies.
- Advise on the architecture and technical implementation of tokenized real estate and Real-World Asset (RWA) platforms.
- Conduct technical reviews and identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish development standards, best practices, and technical processes.
