About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to provide psychological assessments, therapy, and ongoing mental health support. You’ll play a key part in creating a safe, supportive, and effective therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual, couples, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.




- Contribute to mental health program development and improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology
- Valid license/registration (e.g., RCI in India)
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
- Ethical, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
- Bonus: Experience in trauma therapy, sexual health, or working with diverse populations
