Role Summary: We are looking for a Performance Marketing & D2C Website Manager to drive end-to-end digital acquisition, website performance, and customer lifecycle growth. This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, D2C website management, CRM ownership, and team leadership, with a sharp focus on scaling revenue and optimizing user journeys.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and affiliate channels
- Own and manage marketing budgets with a robust focus on ROI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel efficiency
- Lead campaign experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages

2. D2C Website Management & Growth
- Own end-to-end performance of the D2C website and app
- Manage internal website dashboards and analytics tools to monitor traffic, conversion rates, drop-offs, and revenue performance




- Optimize key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), cart-to-purchase rate, and bounce rate
- Drive website merchandising, product visibility, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Partner with tech, UX, and product teams to enhance site speed, user experience, and checkout flows

3. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management
- Own and optimize CRM channels including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications
- Design and execute customer retention, re-engagement, and loyalty campaigns
- Leverage customer data to build segmentation strategies, personalization journeys, and lifecycle automation
- Improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value (LTV)

4. Analytics, Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and manage real-time dashboards using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Business Manager, and internal BI tools
