Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
