A fast-growing consumer brands platform backed by leading investors is seeking an International Finance Controller to strengthen its global finance function. With a portfolio spanning beauty, wellness, nutrition, healthcare, and lifestyle categories, the company is scaling rapidly across India, the US, UK, and other international markets. This role offers high visibility with leadership and investors, and significant ownership in shaping the next phase of global growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and controllership across international entities.
- Drive timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closures with consolidated reporting.
- Strengthen governance frameworks, SOPs, and compliance mechanisms across domestic and overseas operations.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, transfer pricing, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits,



along with group-level finance reviews.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, working capital optimization, and fund utilization.
- Partner with leadership on profitability, cost optimization, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Lead finance process automation, ERP implementation, and reporting standardization.
- Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, overseas remittances, and transfer pricing coordination.
- Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors.
- Support corporate structuring, due diligence, investment evaluations, and strategic projects.

Ideal Candidate:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of experience.
- Strong background in controllership, accounting, reporting, audits, treasury, and compliance.
- Hands-on exposure to international finance operations, FEMA, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions.
