Roles & Responsibilities – Courier Delivery Executive
- Deliver parcels, documents, and shipments to customers within assigned locations.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of courier packages.
- Maintain positive customer interactions during deliveries.
- Support pickup and dispatch operations when required.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.

Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse/hub and deliver them to customers.
- Verify customer address and delivery details before dispatch.
- Obtain customer signature or OTP confirmation upon delivery.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Update delivery status through mobile application/system.
- Maintain daily delivery reports and records.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies.




- Maintain professionalism and good customer service standards.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.

Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required
- Basic smartphone handling knowledge.
